A survivor of domestic abuse turned powerhouse coach, Shaunie doesn’t just talk about transformation—she embodies it. Her life’s work blends over 15 years in public policy, human services, and healthcare equity with the divine wisdom of a woman who’s lived many lives and risen every time.

Whether leading multi-million-dollar Medicaid programs or coaching women to win crowns and command rooms, her mission stays the same:

She is the founder of Rise & Reign, a hybrid empowerment brand and coaching movement where women don’t just prepare for the stage—they prepare to own it. Through coaching, community, and pageant-specific strategy, Shaunie is redefining what it means to lead as both soft and sovereign.

She is also the heart behind two legacy initiatives:

• Sash Sister Collaborative – A sisterhood of mentorship and service.

• Pageant Pathways – A gateway for emerging contestants and community leaders to rise with access, clarity, and support.​

Shaunie lives in Oregon with her blended “Brady Bunch” crew and her husband—a military leader and her business partner. Together, they raise eight children ranging from 8 to 23, lead two businesses, and show what’s possible when love, legacy, and leadership converge.
